Bottle Unscrambler Table
Used at the beginning of the packaging line or as an accumulation turntable, the unscrambler table can handle automated lines with an output of 120 bottles per minute.
Features:
– 4mm thick, stainless steel top round table
– Engineering plastic cover for table top to comply with cGMP standards and for smooth and quiet operation
– Stainless steel bottle guides
– 1.5mm gauge, stainless steel body cover
– Powered by ½ hp hyphonic motor, 220V, 3 phase with magnetic overload device and inverter speed control
– Quick and easy adjustments through hand-tightened locks
– Handles various bottle sizes

Sanitary Bottle Conveyor
This is used to mobilize bottles in the packaging line from one station to the next. We fabricate conveyors that can handle automated lines with an output of 120 bottles per minute.
